The popular Ghanaian boxer, Braimah Kamoko, alias Bukom Banku has been slapped with an amount of GHC 180.00 fine by the Accra Magistrate Court last Thursday and again told to be of good behaviour.
The decision came when a woman whose name is withheld sued the boxer for attempting to beat her up.
Bukom Banku who rose to fame with his bout against Ayitey Powers heeded to the charges and paid just as ordered by the court.
Coach of Bukom Banku, coach Wadada in an interview with Ghanacrusader.com confirmed the news:
“We went to court last week Thursday (July 20th) after a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Bukom Banku, a lady lodged a complaint at the Police Station that Bukom Banku has threatened to beat her. So when the case was called Bukom Banku apologized for his action.”
