Ghana and Barbados signed an agreement recently for the recruitment of 120 nurses from Ghana to Barbados.
The agreement was signed on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Jubilee House, when the Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Mottley, paid a courtesy call on the President Nana Akufo-Addo, as part of her official visit to Ghana.
Reacting to the agreement signed between the two countries, Abraham Achire said that it comes as good news but he thinks it will not reduce the unemployed graduates’ nurses in the country because all of them don’t qualify for the trip to Barbados.
