Eleven out of the seventeen constituencies in the Western Region will be going to the polls on Saturday August 24th, 2019 to elect their parliamentary candidates to hold the flag of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) high for election 2020.
According to Mr Richard Kirk-mensah, the Western Regional Communications Officer for the NDC, voting will commence at exactly 7am and end at 5pm in all the various constituencies.

Mr Kirk-mensah hinted that three constituencies namely Evalue Gwira, Kwesimintsim and Takoradi constituencies will have their elections on September 21st 2019 while Amenfi East, Tarkwa Nsuaem and Essikadu/ketan are still on hold.
In all six thousand, one hundred and ninety delegates are expected to vote come Saturday in their respective constituencies in the western region.
Meanwhile spicefmonline.com can confirm that lawyer Philip Fiifi Buckman will be confirmed as the NDC’s parliamentary candidate for Kwesimintsim.
Renowned lawyer Frederick F. Faidoo will be battling it out with Emmanuel Donkoh for the Takoradi slot while Kofi Arko Nokoe and Herbert Kuah Dickson sees the Evalue Gwira parliamentary candidature.
